What is Falun Gong?

Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa (In English is Law Wheel of The Great Law), is a mind & body practice for spiritual advancement guided by the principles of Truthfulness 真, Compassion 善 & Forbearance 忍. It consists of five easy-to-learn, gentle exercises including a sitting meditation. 

Good news! I am building a website (ASL for Falun Gong) with the help of my brother to share Falun Gong with the Deaf community in the US.

The Falun Gong Practice 1 - 5

Just take it easy. You will have five Falun Gong exercises in your home. It would take approximate from fifteen minutes to two hours. Let me show how to do each exercise.

Buddha Stretching a Thousand Arms

Using gentle stretching movements, this exercise opens all energy channels in the body.

Falun Standing Stance

Consisting of four static postures that are held for several minutes each, this exercise enhances one’s energy level and awakens wisdom.

Penetrating the Cosmic Extremes

With gentle hand-gliding movements, this exercise purifies the body using energy from the universe.

Falun Cosmic Orbit

By gently tracing the hands over the entire body, front and back, this exercise rectifies all abnormal conditions in the body and circulates energy widely.

Strengthening Divine Powers

A meditation that reopens both the body and mind through entering deep tranquility, thereby strengthening one’s divine powers and energy potency.
